look if you want to swallow smoke so damn bad hit on a joint like a cigarette or a sweet...not tweaking it (i e puff on it and hold the smoke in your mouth but do not inhale..) then with your tounge push the smoke towards the back of your throat while swallowing...you'll get smoke in your stomach eventaully

anytime I or my buddies ever accidentally swallowed smoke, it ended in nausea and sometimes vomiting...we were too busy feeling like shit to notice if it got us any higher or not (but personally I don't think it would...seems like bunk to me) but we did usually burp up smoke afterwards.

but hey, if your sister wants to do it, by all means...just don't be surprised if she yaks all over you one day
