Cannabis Campbell, in America shellfish is usually used to denote the whole group of marine animals with a shell like shrimp, scallops, crabs, lobsters, clams, oysters, and mussels. Most mussel recipes involve steaming them in a pot with white wine, garlic, shallots, lemon, and some herbs. Foodnetwork's website has some good recipes and here is a basic recipe from Bonefish Grill, which has these as an appetizer and I love it, soak up the sauce with some of their bread, yummy yummy.

    4 cups mussels

Steam mussels in skillet over high heat until shells open up

Combine the following ingredients to taste:
    Chopped red onion
    Chopped tomatoes
    Kosher salt
    Minced garlic
    Basil cut in strips
    Annissette (licorice-flavored cooking liquor)
    Lemon butter sauce

Combine all ingredients to create a sauce, pour over mussels in large bowl.

^^^Well that's pretty much it, snail of the sea. I love conch fritters as many restaurants here in Florida sell them.

Yeah theres no point being afraid of anything I would try "anything" once.. ive tried ostrich before and that was quite good and for some reason I tried pigeon lol It looked like crap kind of like mussles do but it tastes a lot nicer than I expected it sort of tasted like chicken a bit.

One of few things I would be wary about trying though is things like cows tongue or liver or frog legs :wtf:, apparently cows tongue is really nice but seeing all the taste buds and everything and the thought of it being a tongue really puts me off.

i'll try frog legs if i get the chance... cow tounge is a hell no.. i just can't get my head around the idea of eating tounge...

i ate liver for the first time about 6 months ago or so... i'ts not that bad actually... i won't order it (grandma brought it home) and i won't eat it again unless there's ust nothing else to eat.. but it doesn't taste bad, i just don't like the texture of it... it's kinda gritty and stringy (gritty like sand, but not that bad lol) like a reaaaaaaaaaally cheap steak
