State workers could face charges for marijuana law
Marinol is legal because the pharmaceutical industry can monopolize on it. Marijuana is still illegal because the pharmaceutical industry cannot monopolize on it, and everyone would realize that it is a much better alternative to many more costly medications.
They don't give a shit. The only thing they care about is money, and if it threatens their bottom line, they'll do their best to get that threat out of the way. Fuck you, pharmaceutical industry!
I stand for the right to self-medicate, as stated in the ninth and tenth amendment, which are now disregarded in court (guess why? because then every drug user could get their case dropped with that argument - fuck, i hate our government. The War on Drugs is unconstitutional, and so is the DEA).
