I was not smoking but I did get a crazy head rush like you described. I was being scorned by my dad and I got the average head rush but it quickly became worse. My legs felt weak and as if I had not eaten all day and then the colds sweats came over me. I ended up having to sit on the ground because I still could not see and was afraid I was going to pass out. Its only ever happened to me like that the one time.
