My friend had something like that happen to him, 'cept his lasted close to 2-4 hours he told me.

To sum it up, he got shitfaced and then smoked 2 blunts and went blind/saw white for the next couple of hours, he was freaking out, his friends had to walk him back to his place, went to bed and woke up all back to normal, needless to say, he learned his lesson.
