It is sponsored by Kevin Mannix a Republican who has run for govenor twice. This is a very long bill. It deals with meth, child predators, and basically tries to be "tough on crime." It tries to sneak past the fact that it will repeal medical mj by making the bill incredibiley long. Anyone who lives in Oregon needs to fight this bill.
