It doesn't actually say how much is personal use though. So I guess theorectically you could have a couple pounds and say its personal use.

Our City Attorneys and Police are instructed to deprioritize marijuana offenses. A Seattlelite will recieve a ticket instead of going to jail now for posession of anything less than 40g of marijuana.
