Initiative 75 - Seattle Marijuana Law
I didnt see any posts about this. I can tell you living in Seattle has it's benefits. Our City Attorneys and Police are instructed to deprioritize marijuana offenses.
A Seattlelite will recieve a ticket instead of going to jail now for posession of anything less than 40g of marijuana. Check out the link here Initiative 75 TextsOcK3y3 Reviewed by sOcK3y3 on . It doesn't actually say how much is personal use though. So I guess theorectically you could have a couple pounds and say its personal use.

The answer is no, these laws do not affect you if you are in Kirkland, or Bellevue, or Shoreline. Only in the city limits of Seattle as far as I know, however it may be possible your city has modeled similiar laws from I-75.
Best thing to do is get on the City Clerks website and do a search for Marijuana laws.
.........or you could just get on your boat and cross the lake halfway

I see any amount is cultivation.I would like to see them ignore small grows too.But keep taking steps forward a little at a time and maybe eventually somebody will wake up and see pot is a complete non issue and decriminilize it.

eh, there was only one reference to mj on the kirkland website, and it related to traffic stops and minors, without specifying consequences. Oh well-i have a small nonprofit grow that only I use and the finished product seldom even leaves the house. sometimes I discreetly mail some to friends elsewhere in the u.s. I even had a cop come into the house to talk to my wife about a fight she witnessed and I scooped up my bong and herbs while the cop was walking in. I don't know whether he suspected much, but he didn't do or say anything.

Well, there are two choices. Like I said before you could take your boat halfway accross the lake just on the Seattle side and smoke a bowl there.....
Your other choice is to move here :rastabong:
