MaryLane - The link you posted for the light is kind of a rip-off. They want to charge an extra $30 for the power cord, which should be included with the reflector.

So my question is this: if height is not an issue, should I still train my plant or not? Are SOG, SCROG, LST etc. superior to just letting the plant grow normally, assuming unlimited space?
