seedlings are dying

either tonight or tomorrow ill post pics mine as well start a log new pics every week i like to keep the experts updated so they know where i am at and understand everything im doing on my grow

smokinbuds21 Reviewed by smokinbuds21 on 08-11-2007. seedlings are dying i planted 7 seeds and three of them have died????? ive. been spraying the soil everyday maybe i over waterd them? i also added lime maybe it ended up being to much 2 seeds also dint sprout dug them up and the root that was showing died and dryed up? was it the over watering or the lime or both? im gonna start over with the same dirt i have but not gonna add anything till there A atleast 4 inch tall 2 weeks Rating: 5

is it possible a plant can be a hermi with just one seed? literly one seed maybe two but i doubt it this guy goes through his stuff therally thats why i dont understand why just one seed?

Sure can...look at it like this. You have a big compact bud and the plant hermies either because of some stress you placed on it like burning it early in life like you did with the Lime or genetics. If that nanner pops out inside the bud the pollen is not going to fly everywhere just effect whats right close so you may only get one seed.

If you have more seeds I would toss all the new ones bothered by the Lime.

Don't spray seedlings=risk of damping-off fungus.
Don't add ferts to soil for seedlings.
Only use lime if you have a reason that you KNOW you need it.

Fill the cups you are using up to the top but the last 1/4 inch at most.

yea i no its not going to be in that cup for to much longer maybe a few a week or so but the next time it'll be perfect!!!
