open in new window = server too busy?

i was just wandering if opening multiple threads in a new window would add more stress to the server?
also i was thinking maybe deleting accounts that are inactive and non registered+ and also deleting permanent banned accounts would help this problem.
    just a thought.

i'm sure it'd help a minimal ammount (getting rid of the accounts) but alot of reason for the bandwidth problems is this is after all a very popular site and at any given time there is close to or even more than a 1,000 guests alone browsing it.
