In my personal experience eating straight up bud does not do anything to you (although a 1/4 oz. may actually be enough to fuck you up). I've heard from a few people who have tried eating raw weed (for some reason, I guess curiosity?) and most of them said that they didn't feel anything and later that night they all spent the night on the toilet.

If you're that worried that you're going to be pulled over then just keep it hidden well in the car. The thing in the center of the car is good enough, but also I use the secret compartment in the trunk if I have alot on me. Another piece of advice -- don't carry a scale on you if you're carrying more than an eigth -- cops won't believe you if you say it's so you don't get ripped off. Don't he high when you're driving and don't allow your car to smell like pot.

If you're going to smoke in your car then don't bring any loose weed with you. A joint is fine (a blunt may be pushing it). If a cop does pull you over then the rest of the joint can be eaten quickly.

Remember the most important rule of all though: know your rights. Knowing the law can be the difference between a night in jail or a night getting high with your friends. If a cop asks to search your car without a warrant then tell him that you don't consent. If it smells like weed you can't really deny it and the officer may call in a K9 unit to sniff out the car.

I thought the weed needed to be heated up a certain amount to produce the desired effects. I dunno maybe im reading this thread wrong, im not thinking straight today.

Yep. Although you can reach a temperature where the THC is less if you heat the weed correctly then there is much more THC active. I was actually looking up the heat for my friends volcano vaporizer earlier and it said turn the knob to 5 (180°C).

when i carry large amounts of weed i hide it in my trunk under the spare tire under the hatch door.. when you open you literaly have to move the spare tire to see it.. but the spare tire is bolted down HA and then i have to use the key to take it off..

thats what vaporizers are for...so you can heat it up to the point where the vapor contains the thc n shit but you dont burn it like you would with fire.
