but yea, since weed gets you very hungry....people tend to eat more than they should and sleep afterwards..
you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle to burn all those calories.. im not a doctor but i think excersise helps your metabolism process and burn all that food and junk faster.
i have friends that look REALLY healthy but i always see them pig out with beer and munchies...
its because they wrk out at the gym daily... and of course all bodies are different

but i garuntee you if you work your body out as much, if not, MORE than what you smoke....you'll not only be healthy but fit
I haven't studied how the body works but ever since I joined a gym and excercise every oter day, I sleep better... i don't get as full....i breath better.. i dunno..
take it from me... i did it yesterday since i had the day off..
there's nothing like waking up clear, eating a healthy breakfast, jogging a few miles, taking a shower, going to the gym, coming back home and smoking some.......eating a light lunch, sleeping.. and then eating a hearty dinner before you go out and have fun around town.
considering you are of age because it's better to let your body develop itself before you start to strain your muscles.
