That would suck! I own an xbox 360 and i love the gta series. i still would not buy a ps3 just to play gta 4

I dunno...Microsoft probably offered to buy Rockstar many times, and they could probably offer more than Sony. But Rockstar defiantly likes Sony more than Microsoft.

even if th edeal goes through, gta IV would still come out on 360...

microsoft already made the deal, sony couldn't buy it then cancel the deal.... that's oen of the reasons it takes so long for a company to buy another... they still have to honor all curent contracts.

I would really doubt that will happen, they would lose a lot of money just working for the PS3, right now they get to release their games on all the consoles and 360, Wii, and PC have larger fanbases atm.

If it did occur it would be some of the worst news in gaming and when it came around to time for GTA V I'd look into how far modded PS3s had come about that time. Buy myself a modded PS3 (ensuring Sony doesn't get my money for the console) then pirate the hell out of every Sony game that I might want to play (ensuring they don't get any licensing profit from me. Seriously we won't see another GTA game for at least 2 years if not longer same goes for the Manhunt series so I'm not too concerned right now.

if that does happen.. i think it shouldnt be a ps3 exclusive. if sony has any sense they will still release it on xbox so they can get more money. (btw im talking about for gta 5)
