P.S. Anyone else find the new queens album a bit dissapointing? I just cant seem to get into it as much as the older stuff.... however I'm totally looking forward to the new High On Fire album coming out.

QOTSA has been all over the place recently, nobody can ever seem to stick around for long enough. and good luck blending kyuss and pelican, i'm wondering which style of vocals you'll be using.... kyuss is pretty downtuned already, i imagine youll be dropping some uber heavy numbers. pelican's city of echoes is out now but i havent been too inspired to purchase it.

I occasionally read Decibel magazine. I'm uber psyched cause I just picked up the September issue titled "The Stoner Rock Special", covering stoner rock greats like Queens of the Stone Age, Acid King, Orange Goblin, Witchcraft, Weedeater and Bloodhorse. All of which I adore. And to top it all off, the mag is sprinkled cover to cover with pot leaves and not-so-subtle Rating: 5
