twoguys- No I don't grow it all tied together. It has 6 main colas and when in the grow romm it is kinda sprawled out so that the smaller colas get just as much attention. To be honest with you, I am quite surprised at how well she is growing and how much she has on her, but I feel blessed. To take her out and water her, I have to tie all her colas up together because they are very very heavy and will probably snap without having some sort of support.
I did a different topping on her than I did others for an experiment and I will say that is worked very very well. I do not think I have had such a yield from a single plant. Actually I know that I haven't. Her Veg stage was a bit longer but well well worth it I would say!
I haven't harvested her yet. I will check trich's tomorrow again.. I am guessing a few more days maybe 5...
elway07 Reviewed by elway07 on . Nearing Harvest - Need Advice My Afghan is nearing harvest. There are a couple of large buds on the interior of the plant that are mature; the balance of the buds are about 3 weeks out. The plant is in a 10 gallon container. I have been feeding with Jack's classic bloom. Last applied Neem oil 4 days ago. So, 1. Should I cut the two mature buds now and let the others continue to mature, or just wait 3 weeks, and harvest all at once? 2. What's the best way to dry these things? 3. Should I cut off all water a few days Rating: 5
