Don't cut them yet , let them go for another 2 - 3 weeks minimum .
You have to let the buds get FAAAAT !!

Too late High. I harvested the the two widows and two Afghans this morning. I was beginning to have some bud rot problems with the Afghans, and I did not want to risk this problem spreading to the widows. Those particular buds were 18" long and actually quite thick. The climate here can be quite humid, and I think the Afghans are more prone to the bud rot problem.

You can start with the molasses now. It can be fed to the plants all through flowering.

I think will start some molasses tomorrow!
