In my opinion Gravity has been doing the best research, Yeah you can't tax illegal products but in some cases marijuana isn't illegal..

You can tax illegal products. That is what marihuana tax stamps are. This, of course is ridiculous, and constitutes double jeopardy, which is unconstitutional.

The reason the goverment made tax stamps is because it was the only way they could legally make marijuana illegal. The idea came from baning the sale of automatic tommy guns by only making a limited amount of stamps. Normls is wrong when they say the reason for the tax is so they can charge you with tax evasion. The history channel has an entire series called hooked: Illegal drugs and how they got that way, Marijuana where they explained this and how anslinger used this to ban marijuana

All right, I'd like to chime in here.
As a grower who considers herself a law-abiding citizen in a country with a couple REALLY stupid laws, I would LOVE to be able to decrease the number of laws I'd be breaking by cultivating. The small amount of product that I sell, cheap, to legitimate med users- I'd like to be able to track that as income along with the income from my legitimate job, and pay taxes on it, and have it counted towards my total worth when it comes time to apply for my next mortgage or car loan.
It totally sucks to be marginalized in other ways.

Get busted in Minnisota sometime with quantity.......one of your charges, and the most harsh, will be tax evasion. They use this as a means to make a harsher sentence on growers and dealers.

I have a great net connection and the site doesn't even load, lol. If anything takes longer then 10-20 secs I just close it.

What impact could this make at most, is that even an official website that is looked at by authority?
