in SC, if they bust you for even one jay, and even if you were nowhere near a car, etc, you still lose your license for A YEAR and if you dont have a license, you cant get one for a year

I highly recommend moving to New York just for cannabis laws if anyone wants to move to a state per that reason. Over here the penelties are very minor. In highschool I saw one kids get busted for dealing come back to school after 5 days and a group of kids busted dealing hash brownies come back to school after 5 days. Also a kid I know got pulled over with his car baked out and 15 grams by his feet. He got off with absolutely no penelties and nothing on his record (this is for the first offense of course).

If you get busted the law enforcement will still be jerks about it (you'll find that everywhere you go) because it's their job but there's a large majority of potheads here who have nice air-conditioned houses and big swimming pools so I tend to stay inside a friends house or on my property but it's pretty safe to smoke in the parks around here if you know the right spots.

If the laws are that harsh where you live I suggest you live by the "don't bring more than you can eat" rule. For the THC testing areas the best I can offer you is get one of those fake rubber penises (lol) and the fake urine.

If you wanna be stoopid, and get busted, then go ahead on with it. A little common sense goes a long way. If you are smoking outside of the privacy of your own home, or a friends home, then your setting yourself up to get busted the same way you would if you were walking down the street or driving while drinking out of a bottle of Jack Daniels.
If you insist on being stoopid, and drawing attention to yourself, tokin in public places, and/or making a nucense of yourself when you have stash or a pipe in your pocket, your gonna go to jail.
Some folks can smell smoke in the open(parks and such) as much as 50 YARDS AWAY.
Like I said... do what you want, but if you get busted, its your own damn fault and you got nobody to blame...... and its not the cops fault either... they are just doing their job.

PA sounds crazy with their drug laws... I live in Chicago, as long youâ??re not totally stupid you can usually talk you way out of it. In 2006 97% of all Marijuana cases dealing with an oz. or less was thrown out. Mayor Daly talked about changing the law so when you get pulled over or stopped on the street you will get some type of a ticket instead of being arrested. And they will take you weed. Most of the alderman flipped out when they herd that. Needless to say it was never put in effect. All in all there are still not that strict as long as youâ??re not stupid.

i live in PA but i had no idea about the THC in your blood system law? so if smoked 2 weeks ago and drive my car and get pulled over and get a THC test even though i havent smoked in 2 weeks i get my liscense taken away!? thats ridiculous! i think im moving to new york!

In PA... If you ever get so much as a thc in your blood system... even after you had a jay few weeks ago.... the cop can take your license away from you. First offense.... 6 months.... second offense... one year. They can charge you as DUI. I hate fuckin PA!! They are known to have the most strictist law on marijuana.

Yeah, I live in PA, and their laws are the worst, for weed, alcohol, and fireworks. Pretty much anything worth having PA wants to fuck you out of or make you pay ridiculous taxes on.

What were you doing and where were you doing it so that you got caught?? Bet it was something stoopid. There isn't much that anybody can do about what happens in the privacy of your own home...provided you don't get crazy and get the cops called on you. A little discression goes a long way.
