At I concert I would definitely do this, but elsewhere I think you would run the risk of accidentally asking the wrong person.

You should definately go to a big outdoor music festival. I go to Bonnaroo, and EVERYONE smokes and EVERYONE smokes out each other. The thing is, everyone has weed and we're all really high, so it's more like a testing session. You can pretty much ask anyone if they wanna hit your bowl, they'll say yes and then most of them will break out their cronic and pack another.

This year, I smoked out:

Security guard, blew a hit to a police horse, around 10 naked women, 1 naked dude, several ninjas, a 70 year old hippie, some really young kids, and a ton of really hot girls. And most of them smoked me out too:rastasmoke:
