Dog Fighting

I'm just wondering what some of your views are on the subject?

I LOVE APBT's and have researched them extensively. I am not "for" dog fighting, but I do respect it and know that game dogs would not be what they are today if it wasn't around in the past.

I've got a couple friends that are involved in dog fighting.Its a pretty pathetic way to have some excitement in your life.Its the same mentallity of the people that go to see UFC.They tend to be pussies themselves but they like seeing other people get beat up.Emotionally they are probably on the level of ten year olds.Intellictually they are on the level of 3 year olds.

My views are that dog-fighting is cruel and inappropriate and that it is likely to present problems on these boards if this thread is allowed to continue. We're about humane, ethical treatment of animals here (notwithstanding dietary carnivores, which I know is troubling to some of our members), which is the same reason why we don't let theads remain in play that support or ask about the getting high/smoking out of pets.
