Nevada, the state holding Vegas (of course), lost the vote to legalize marijuana by only 6% in 2004. The gap is closing, it's going to happen eventually!

Yeah but its not enforced. I know the only reason its legal was b/c of the old mining laws. But Look at how well it is done. The girls get std checks all the time and there safe. They have strict rules about things. Now I can bet that if pot became legal thats how it would be. There would be safe places to buy from and smoke. It would be wonderful.

If California legalized it and taxed it,it would be a hell of a growth industry because everyone would be heading there to try out the local cafe toke bars.It would be a monster sized Amsterdam without the huge airplane ticket.

u seriously think its gonna happen? i have my doubts the government in california still allows jobs like stores to drug test pretty much total discrimination against marijuana users and these jobs put nobody at risk. i mean i can see why say truckdrivers get tested thier driving around huge metal death machines that could kill people and they only give them piss tests. but raley's does hair follicle tests and the eployees pretty much just push items across the scanners and wait for it to go beep. my advice KEEP OVERGROWING THESE FUCKS
