Lower leaves will fall off when they aren't getting a lot of light. The plant will absorb as many nutrients as it can from the leaf, then drop it. It's more efficient to lose a leaf than to keep unnecessary leaves alive. The question is, are the leaves that are getting light doing well?

The buds are no bigger than my pinky fingernail, but the bottom leaves are dying, and everytime they fall off the next leaf starts to die. They are turning brown and white with little black dots on it. what could it be? Rating: 5
