Well, with me if I have cottonmouth or twitching legs or anything, if I notice it and think about it, it gets worse. Just watch TV or something else to occupy your mind. And for the pressure in your head? That seems really strange.

when i smoke little bits at a time i seem fine, but if i get really high I seem to shake alot and twitch almost like i have "MS" and i get this pressure in my brain feels like blood vessels are under alot of pressure and about to burst, i sometime feel like im going to die when i smoke alot, im not know newbie, been smoking every day for the past 5 years but when i smoke alot I honestly feel horrible and think im going to die, so is there anyone else here get the same feelings i do?

Um, if you feel horrible then why do you do it?
I always get the pressure in my forehead when I smoke mid-grade. Not dank, though.

um, either your shits laced with some nuts like PCP or your just officially burnt out. I shake sometimes if I have to go a couple days without blowin an L, or in anticipation when I'm twistin one up. But once I'm high, everything is just chill... oh and weed treats MS so you cannot possibly be devoloping it from smoking lol.
