Any Mountain Bikers out there? (Raleigh/Durham)

Hi Everyone -

Anyone intetested in biking? I've been to Umstead, Crabtree, and Clayton. The hardest by far is Clayton, which is certainly not for anyone new to mountain biking. I haven't check out anything near Durham. Although I can go on some crazy trails, I generally like a mellow ride, especially when I'm trying to smell the roses.
