Cool news: no pee in de jar for this boy!
About a month ago, I posted this thread:
http://boards.cannabis.com/showthread.php?t=8884, entitled, "Rant: my shithead bosses are random testing!".
Well, I received word today that my company isn't going to test any of its employees in Massachusetts. How was that decision reached? I know, but I'm not sayin'! But I will say, they're not stupid, because it is illegal to test without cause in this state, and had they fired anyone for refusing a test, they would have lost.
I wish all states could be this smart ... or smarter! (Don't blame me, I voted *against* DUH-bya!)
Anyway, about two weeks before the end of last year I stopped smoking. It's been about a month now since I had any weed, though I've been wantin' some bad. I quit because I figured that, if I were asked to be tested, I would 1) refuse and face the consequences, 2) get tested and pay for it myself, so as to demonstrate a clean test, and 3) go to the lawyer who already volunteered to take my case and sue for wrongful firing.
Now that I don't have to do that, and I've been clean for about enough time to pass a test, I'm thinking of freezing and storing my wee-wee. I know the general forum isn't the place for this, but has anyone done this? Given that I can't be tested unless I apply for another job (and they can test you before you are hired in this state), think it's worth bothering?
I'm happy about all this, of course. And I'm happy the Patriots kicked ass yesterday. And I'm happy that the New York Jets gave Pittsburgh a run for their money on Saturday, even if they choked like the Yankees at the end of the game.
I haven't decided when to have a celebratory toke-up. Maybe after the Pats hammer the Steelers next week, yeah, that's it, that's the ticket!
