how do u clean a bong?

my bong is starting to stink and i was wonderin what i can do. I tried just rinsing it with water, seemed to help a tad but it still smells.

any ideas?

I clean mine every day if its used.Yea a baby bottle brush for the bong and a baby teet brush for the stem.I soak it in hot soapy water with citrus oil then give it a good scrub then rinse it.Ive heard u can use rice to shake in there it loosens the crap that sticks to the sides or somethin.

Fill it with salt and rubbing alcohol. One of my friends has a glass bong about a foot tall, I take out the slider and clean that seperately (it can be boiled), plug the hole where the bowl goes and pour in a good amount of salt followed by a fourth to a half bottle of 70% ISO alcohol (depending on the side of your bong) make sure all holes are covered and shake up and down for a few minutes. You can repeat this process until the bong looks new again.

i just soak mine in rubbing alchohol overnight, if theres and shit left on it in the morning i just scrape it off with Q-tips and it comes right off.

oh yea...to clean my pipes and bongs i use the orange oil 409....orange cleaner shit eats through resin and so does 409....so it's like a double cleaner....
