get a pot, fill with it water, not to much tho, enough to submerge ur pipe
trun ur stove on high, stick ur pipe in the water, resin will start coming out of ur pipe and floating to the surface.

after ur pipe looks clean, turn off ur stove, take out ur pipe, get as muhc resin out as u can using a strainer or sumthing. dump out the rest of the water and make all ur resin into one ball, dry it and smoke it
