what you should do is use your b vitamin pills the last 3 days, as all that does is color your piss yellow. and up until your test drink lots of water and iced tea or coffee or rockstar or something with caffeine in it, usually tea works best cause it has no carbs or anything, so you don't have the full stomach you would with rockstar or energy drinks, so you can drink more caffeiene and more liquid. then before your test just take bunches of vitamin b.
