    Need advice See the pic's

    A picture is worth a 1000 words............

What I did last night was to flush each plant (2) with just bottled water. Used only 1/4 strength. Using a 3 gal. fill/drain system. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Severely deficient (micros).
Fill out the info form in the sticky at the top of the problems section.
I am leaning towards pH problems.
I wasn't aware taht you could dilute... water?

I think I see purpling on those leaves. That's classic phosphorus deficiency. Read the below and look at your plants to confirm it. If they're low in P, they are probably low in everything else, too. What analysis fertilizer (the three numbers on the package, like 10-10-10) are you using?

    Deficiency and Toxicity Symptoms

    Phosphorus - P
    Deficiency
    Lower leaves and stems

First sign of deficiency is stunted plant growth, and leaves become darker green. Then, lower leaves and stems may develop red or purple coloration. In worst cases, lower leaf chlorosis and necrosis occurs.

I would use tap water at 100% strength....no nutes.
If you are adding nutes to the water and they aren't getting to the plant due to PH locking out etc...then when you fix the PH the plant will get an overdose of nutes.

Flush with ONLY water 3 times the volume of the pot.
Test the runoff with PH strips.

Post findings along with the nutrients you are using etc from the form..

    How'd I do stinky?
