It is hard to say. The quality of cannabis can be judged by the strain name. It is if the quality of growing which makes the difference though. By this I mean it is possible for a kush strain to be grown badly and give you shitty weed and for a un-exotic strain to be grown well and give you excellent weed.

Judge it by appearance, smell, taste and high. Dont just decide the quality of weed over a name.

BTW this should be in the recreational section.
