Water softeners can cause very high sodium levels and Ca defs- flush hard.

If the source h20 is 300ppm+, use a three-part nute ( GH, Advanced) w/ a specific hardwater micro- ( reduced Ca, Mag to accomodate higher levels in source h20), assuming that chem fertilization is required. In soil it might not be.

Another option would be Pure Blend Pro w/ the Cal-Mag omitted.

Seriously, flush the crap outta em, until run-off ppm is as close to source ppm as possible (3-5x pot volume).

Nothing but water for a week or so- those roots are gonna be mighty tender

They'll recover
