i'm real serious about lifting and dieting (kind of ironic i'm on this site, but i only smoke on weekends); anyways i eat a big meal 2 hrs before, like 3-4 eggs and 3-4 pieces of toast with jam, and then 45 min before working out i'll have a scoop of whey protein mixed in water with an apple or banana. pre and post workout meals make a huge difference

I personally make myself a big ol' bowl of Kraft Dinner and throw in whatever leftover meat I have in the fridge - lots of protein and energy. I'll eat half the bowl, run or work out, then finish whatever's left. How about you guys? Rating: 5
