Your workout meal I just finished working out, and I was wondering what everyone else ate before they exercised. I personally make myself a big ol' bowl of Kraft Dinner and throw in whatever leftover meat I have in the fridge - lots of protein and energy. I'll eat half the bowl, run or work out, then finish whatever's left. How about you guys? Rating: 5
