Your workout meal
Nothing at all ironic about being an active smoker, I'm sure you'll meet many of them on these boards if you stick around for any amount of time - I'm one myself. There's nothing I like better than a bong hit and a walk, with some fresh fruit if I get the munchies. :thumbsup:

I personally make myself a big ol' bowl of Kraft Dinner and throw in whatever leftover meat I have in the fridge - lots of protein and energy.
