Absolutely not, overapplication of an oil, particularly to the underside of the leaf, can KILL your plants by clogging the stomata, leading to suffocation.

If you want to give out lousy advice, be my guest- I'll correct you- but don't be putting my name on that crap.

Neem oil as a miticide should be used on the leaf surface- CAREFULLY.
