seedlings growing into females need tips!!
i am restarting everything i ended up getting hermis my first time and trashed all of them
the only reason why is two days ago i ran into some really good stuff and was a few seeds so i got atleast 10 out of an ounce there now jerminating and roots are shooting out every where i will be planting them tonight!
my question is whats the best conditions to get females?
my temp is always 80 and at night drops to 70
alot of air flow and fresh water and ph in the soil im using is 6.5
im gonna start with 10 plants and try to get the most females
i also wanted to know if i put them on 24/0 light or 18/6 they say that night helps to be females but you cant have any light leaks and they also say that stress lowers your chance so is 24/0 stress from seedling?
i just want to get mostly females well as much as possible any great tips or suggestions would greatly be appriciated:jointsmile:smokinbuds21 Reviewed by smokinbuds21 on . seedlings growing into females need tips!! i am restarting everything i ended up getting hermis my first time and trashed all of them the only reason why is two days ago i ran into some really good stuff and was a few seeds so i got atleast 10 out of an ounce there now jerminating and roots are shooting out every where i will be planting them tonight! my question is whats the best conditions to get females? my temp is always 80 and at night drops to 70 alot of air flow and fresh water and ph in the soil im using is 6.5 Rating: 5

thanx for the info but i have more questions in just a sec
i have kno light leaks and just installed a 12 inch fan in the wall of the growing cabinet it has ventilation on top and bottom of cabinet and at night time for the plant i put a cover over it and turn out all light theres also a ac right above blowing right into the fan now that i that is right the temp is sitting at 76 st8 with all the light on
i went out and bought 4 42 watt cfl big cfl's thie biggest ive seen and 2600 lumens each i planted seeds this time
my questions are:
i let the seeds germinate in a cup of water till iseen roots ans put them in dirt yesterday how long will it take for the plants to break through the soil?
my last plants i through seeds outside and looked a couple weeks later and there were plants 6 in tall thats why i dont know how long!!!
i also have liquid fert MG, and this fertilizer that are beeds thats called dynamite ill probley use that the hole time its npk is 13-13-13
and have blackstrap mollases and fertilizer spikes i know im going to need all of it but dont know which one to use i also have garden lime
which i herd is a nother good thing for the plant
when should i use all of those diffrent ferts and whitch ones and when?

first off my apologies to you stinkyattic....my intentions were not to attach you to bad information ... which is why I said "I believe" not "for certain" when I used your name.

Yes I know, its not ideal to spray neem that mcuh, but I felt doing so would be the lesser of two evils when it came to his grow. The potential negative effects of too much neem vs. the potential negative effects of high temps and bugs. Either way he is running a risk and I just personally feel that going the proactive route w/using neem would be better than waiting for mites to appear in temps like that.
no worries though....you provide great advice and I read and follow much of what you write.....so for that I thank you.

the dynamite are little beeds that you add when you transplant to the dirt its like an advanced time release its 13-13-13 but it says will not burn plants and im only gonna use a quarter of what they say when i start out anyways
i also already put lime in all my soil just a tiny pinch because the pots im using right now are very small just to start out seeds but will be transplanting when plants are about 2 half weeks old.
dynamite consist of :
13% nitrogen
13%phosphate
13%potash
1.20%magnesium
.02 baron
.05copper
0.20 iron
0.06 manganese
0.02 molybdenum
i guess you can you'se this all the way through both cycles i guess once you mix it with the soil it takes a while to finnaly wash out but from what ive read i thought this stuff was good for it
i can also you'se manassas for a carbohydrate right? i also like using it because of the strong smell it puts off!!!!
makes your plants smell stronger faster i beleave!
i wonder if i can put this dynamite into a gallon of water and let it disolve in to it i dont know probley wont work right?
i guess ill use this dynamite for vegging and for flowering im gonna buy some bone meal and half to find out whats a good source for potassium?
thanx for the replys keep em comin :stoned:
