Please help a fellow stoner out

say hypothetically, i have a 3+ foot plant that only gets 4 or less hours of sunlight... How long untill the budding is finished? It is budding, and doing great, just taking a loooong time. And please don't post things like, "you need to give it more light" because i would know that, but i have an appartment that only gets that much (direct) sunlight. thanks in advance.

i'd look into HPS lighting then, or possibly even some fluro's...

i'm not expert, but i know that plant could be much better if it got more light...

but yeah, you'll have more luck in the cultivation section... those people really know their stuff...
