i'd say it's quite obvious he does, as he said he gets an effect from smoking the leaves themself, just not from bud.....

I actually posted about this last night but my post contained other non-cannabis psychotropics so it got deleted:(. My post was basically about how I think I may never have actually got "high" before. But rather the effects I was feeling was actually from CBD(a suttle mellowed out feeling). I only got those effects from smoking the leaves(I hear CBD is much more concentrated in the leaves). I haven't smoked for 7 months for reasons I won't go into detail about.
