I never actually paid money to do the whole internet dating thing, and like a lot of people, I started off browsing craigslist for sort of the same reason that people watch Jerry Springer. But eventually I figured it'd be best to just swallow my pride and try and get a few dates, and I was right.

I think a large part of that is the fact that you feel kind of dumb spending money so you can meet people. I mean, you should be able to meet people without having to pay for it right?
