I don't think society gives enough credit to kids to make their own decisions. If a sexy teacher came up to me in 4th grade and asked if I wanted to put my peepee in her baby hole I wouldn't have hesitated.

They don't vote because they havn't gone through the 12 year 'america is the greatest country in the world' brainwash clinic yet. The government wants you to conform with everyone else, then vote.

Plus using the 4th grader was just an exaggeration so I could say "peepee". I really think those 12 and 13 year olds that consent to sex should be held a little more responsible, or at least the punishments on teachers shouldn't be so great. Its not like kids are idiots.
