Like middle school/ high school, you know, like the ages of the kids that have had sex with all the teachers that have been in the news lately.

i wouldnt have wanted to have sex with all any of my teachers. i think they shouldn't on the grounds that it is an abuse of power and trust. whilt there may be a million mature and emotionally resilient kids inschool who could handle it, there are always those that couldn't and in an institution such as school there does need to be strick boundries to ensure people trust the system. for all its burocracy and shit education does a lot of good.

lol we had a hot ass teacher... i mean like supermodel hot.... she wasn't permanant... in 6th grade... a shitload of boys had a hardon for her (not just people in her class either) ...

Even when teacher and student are of legal age, I think it matters. That's an abuse of the teacher-student relationship and it's one of those situations where, even if the students are past childhood or adolescence, the teacher stilll has an unfair advantage and more significant leverage, particularly if the student is receiving grades from that teacher. Teachers of all ages need to go have sex with other populations than students.

Well even if both of them are adults (over 16) I think it would be ok as long as they dont go to the same school like birdgirl said that would be an abuse of the teacher-student thing and even though you might not be breaking the law the teacher would still lose his/her job because of it, Its just exactly the same as the doctor-patient thing really its just something you dont do.
