I voted that either one is wrong. The reason for my opinion is the younger of the two, always gets emotionally attached to someone they have NO future with. So..........I believe in a situation like this, the older one should know better.

Only difference might be if it were to occur in a college environment. Then obviously both are old enough to know what they're getting into.

No I meant like in middle school. That's what I expect most people to say, but honestly, I don't believe that. I know it's a double standard but, still.

i'll vote strictly for middle school... which i'm against it fully....

but meh.... if the student is like close to 18 (17?) and the teacher isn't given them special privleges or it's not interupting anything (kinda doubtful, but just saying IF) i don't see a problem with that....
