    The consumer activist points out the seventh amendment guarantees Americans the right to a trial by jury.
    But Comcast customers who receive the arbitration policy, even if they don't read it, have agreed to waive, to the fullest extent allowed by law, any trial by jury.
    wtf is that?!

    i haven't liked comcast before they took over, they suck durring the take over (everyone in the houston area i've talked to that have comcast and digital cable have had the same reports, of it constantly going in and out) and now this... i'm getting really tired of these people....

    i also spent over 2 hours the other day on the phone.... an hour the first time calling them when my net was out and didn't come back in 20 mins... i was told there was no outage in my area... but the battery in the phone went bad while we were troubleshooting crap... i call back after hooking up a corded phone.. and guess what? this person tells me there is an outage....

    man fuck this company..

    btw, those of you in teh houston area with comcast.... you need to opt out within 30 days or you could get screwed...

    ive been noticing lately my internet has been dieing a lot. this might sound stupid but, comcast took over adelphia right? im not sure

    not sure.... they took over time warner,w hich is what we had before...

    had it for over a year, never one damn problem... comcast takes it over and i have a problem nearly every single day.

    i'll say it again, fuck comcast.

    looks like it... i'd definately suggest filling out that opt out form.... you face no consequences if you do fill it out... but if you don't within 30 days you're screwed should you ever have to sue them for some reason....

    also note "Where you do not have the right to sue, even if you never use that right, companies are much more likely to take advantage of you,"

    most internet providers suck... but virizon... never really gave us alot of problems... yea... we had the occasional lack of signal(when i lived on the native reservation, the reservation hooked a server up with virizon, and the tribe sells it residents internet(at a fucking cheap ass discount, like we were paying 12 dollars a month...half the time we werent even paying that... my dad was the guy who dose all the internet work and all of the computer work... so he made it so the internet wasnt locked so anyone with a wireless hub, could tap into it... if your smart enough... we were the only people not paying though... cause surprisingly they were all idiots and couldnt tap into it..., and they were also talking about building a taller tower, and selling internet to the local town and what not) but virizon was preaty good....
