Yeah, but a problem with this setup is when it rains it floods. I had one plant under 10 inches of water when I checked during the storm. It drowned (because it was young), and so did 2 others. The best is when you find some dry ground and dig to see where the water is. With this plant the water is about a foot and a half down. It seems to be doing well with some of the potting soil I mixed with the natural earth.
tuete Reviewed by tuete on . Testing Growing in a Swamp Im testing a new grow place this year which happens to be a swamp. Pretty harsh terrain, but has good source of water. The picture below is a plant 4 weeks old (now 3 Aug.). Cant wait to see what develops. The plant's in the shade a bit which is why it looks a little stunted. I also had to prop it up with a pole because the ground was just too wet after it rained. Have other pictures of other plants if your interested.:jointsmile: Rating: 5
