FACT: The Bush administration told the American public that Iraq and Afghanistan needed to be invaded, and Saddam and the Taliban removed, because the USA was in iminent danger from a terrorist attack.

FACT: After 9/11 there was news report after news report telling you, the American public, that you were in iminent danger from a terrorist attack.

So you are saying we should listen to a government that lies to us and give up our firearms? Why should we have a government that is corrupt and let it disarm it's own people? I believe the people should always have more power than the government. We are becoming more and more oppressed everyday here. Just more of a reason to arm yourself in my eyes. If you regard the facts more closely and look at individual states in the US, you will see that the high crime areas are the areas with the strictest gun control laws. States with low gun control have significantly lower crime rates than states where guns are heavily restricted. Look at our nation's capitol, Washington DC, high crime rate, you can't even own pepper spray there, yet there are gang shootings all the time and people dying there every day on the news. If you choose to defend yourself there you are automatically a criminal. Is this okay with you Ghost???
