I'm too tired too argue this. I'm a very strict pacifist, and a Buddhist for 14 years. I don't believe that guns will EVER have a place in my home, nor do I feel the benefits will ever outweigh the consequences/risks.

Safe gun ownership simply is not possible, but reasonably safe gun ownership may be. And if that is how you live your life, then so be it. I personally feel that a gun only adds problems to a situation, regardless of who holds it.

I guess we'll find out who's right in the next life, eh?

    Howdy Mello.as.Hello,

The first part of your response,is absolutely true for you..you have no business being around guns..and I commend you for your self-discipline. You have chosen the Soft path...and a warrior's path-is not for you.

Safe small-arms handling is possible,it simply requires a zero-error policy,a policy which warriors are familiar with..because to err..could be deadly.

As a Christian,I should be following the Soft path, but it's not within my nature..my instinct is to protect and guard..the World needs those who can walk the Soft path and hold Peace in their hearts..but they are like lambs..and need protection from the wolves.

    Vaya con Dios

    Have a good one...Torog

I think he is talking about the warrior mindset. Always ready. Nothing wrong with that.

It's not that you're too tired. You're just too ignorant. Disguising your opinions and beliefs as facts doesn't count as any kind of agument. Try again, Dali.

I'll admit, I don't like guns that much either. They honestly make me nervous. However, if an intruder invaded my home with a weapon and had ill intent, no flower or form of meditation would stop him/her. Of course, you could use the whole "That's not helping the cause" argument, but I never said American citizens shouldn't have guns.

Go hang out with Richard Gere.

for all the people that don`t like guns cool, thats your choice. for the rest of us that do like guns whether its for hunting, target shooting or protection, thats our choice. leave it at that. gun haters need not call upon gun lovers for help when your in need of protection from someone raping your woman or robbing your mommy. call 911 and wait for the "cops" to arrive. peace.

Hey. I'm not to sure. I'm nor warrior, still have to grow my back bone...
But i'm thining of buying a gun, once i get paid.

Yeah belive it or not. I'm not sure why. I think it's to protect myself and the people around me if this world goes to shits. I'm not going down without a fight. Wehn i comes down to it, ro someone i care about, i will want to fight back, with all my heart.

Yes people kill people, and if it ever comes to the point where i kill someone, then it's as it is, I'm a killer then. Yep, i guess that'll make me the evil some of you dispise.

If somone is infrignign on my rights, they better watch out. They stepped across the line, not me, from then on it's game. If a corrupt police, and the blood thirsty armed forces can have the power to kill, by all means so should the individual/citazen.

I don't think killing is a positive thing, it's just a thing. I consider myself a moral person, i used to be a pacifist. But i've seen to much thats happened to me as a lamb. I want to be a warrior.... But i dont know how. My moms a lamb, and i never see my father... Any tips on being a warrior?

People only think they need a gun because theyve had this 'Kill or be killed' idea imprinted on their minds.. Frankly, if somebody is going to shoot me, and I had a gun, I still wouldnt shoot them. Simple as that. Im no important than anyone else, and nobody is more important than me.
