No not that EG. It was the house of reps who voted to stop paying illegals with federal agriculture funding by 215-213 when the gavel fell. The Dem's changed the vote after.

Partisan tensions boil over in Congress. If congress is allowed to "change" there votes can we as well? I'll side with the GOP on this one, but they are just victims of their own success.
