i dont recommend nutmeg b/c i was tripping for 2 days...the trips were pretty bad too...and your eyes stay effed up for days and days...shitty "day after" effect as well

What I've done is ground some fresh nuts and try to choke it down mixed with something, somehow, because it tends to be unavoidingly disgusting. Fresh works better.
It just made me high for like, 2 days, and really tired.
It's not worth it. Sick. Gross. And now I can never have nutmeg again.
