starting to hit the fan?

Has anyone in the southwest noticed this since around 2-3 months? its been poo cuts, *some* nice stuff, but a lot of crap though. Its starting to piss me off. Has anyone noticed people coming up with wierd ass pricing too?

I've seen the grit weed return, and all dealers are shortening the bag by at least half a gram. From what I heard there is also going to be another drought in Oxford, exactly the same as last year.
