Need some help...

Well this is going to be Mr. Weed's first time growing and I need some advice.

Ok first, I'm looking for a strain that is VERY VERY POTENT.
Somthing that will knock me on my ass, but also help with anxiety.
I also need the plant to be stealthy, something that wont get much bigger then 3 feet. I was thinking about White Widow, or White Rhino, but I'm not sure how big they get?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

With topping or scrog any good indica strain should do, such as the ones you listed.
